The NEW Spritz with a twist!

The weekend is near, I can already feel the sleep in, the sun still shining but with that slight touch of crisp air. Oh, Autumn, you are here!
I do love the crispier months, dressing up in jumpers and jackets and feeling oh so cosy.

I’m about to head to Sydney this weekend and I’ve heard Catalina Rose Bay have just introduced a range of Limited Edition Autumn cocktails!

The new IT autumn drink all Sydney siders are going to be drinking.
It’s the SPRITZ WITH A TWIST
OH, YOU HEARD ME, THE SPRITE UPGRADED!

The good people of Catalina Rose Bay have done me a sold and given me the recipe.
As the new Autumn cocktail range is Limited Edition. We might fall in love with it and be completely beside ourselves that we can’t have it again!
Fear not, I have it here…

30ML RUBY RED GRAPEFRUIT JUICE

30ML CAMPARI

45 ML ELDERFLOWER LIQUOR

30ML LEMON JUICE

6 MINT LEAVES

PROSECCO

SODA

1 MINT SPRIG

1 SLICE DEHYDRATED GRAPEFRUIT

In a large red wine glass squeeze ½ a fresh Ruby red grapefruit, 30ml of Campari, 45ml elderflower liquor, 30ml lemon juice and 6 mint leaves.

Add ice, top with prosecco and soda.

Garnish with a mint sprig and dehydrated grapefruit.

FANCY!!! And you can now do it at home and have date night on the couch with some SPRITZ WITH A TWIST!
