Speciality cocktail bar, Gin Lane in Chippendale is gearing up to celebrate World Gin Day this Saturday 9^th June

with an ALL DAY Happy Hour from 12 pm – 7 pm!

As part of the Happy Hour, their Gin Lane Classic G&T’s – The Cucumber G&T and Spiced G&T will be on offer for HALF PRICE at $7 each.

Additionally, they will be launching a brand new show-stopping drink, The Lightbulb Moment served in a light bulb and charged with prosecco and liquid nitrogen!

So those of you not in Sydney, I have the secret recipe of Gin Lane‘s – ‘CUCUMBER G&T’

40 mls Tanquerary London Dry Gin

30 mls Elderflower Soda

3-4 Piece of pressed cucumber

Garnish Cucumber + Dehydrated

Shake and strain into round glass, garnish with twisted cucumber + edible flowers
