30 years young – Grand Hyatt Melbourne

Melbourne’s Icon Hotel Grand Hyatt Melbourne turned 30! Like every 30th birthday Bash, it was larger than life! Grand Hyatt Melbourne sure knows how to throw a killer party. With multi locations and secret rooms, it was one 30th I won’t forget.

Let me share with you my evening at the 30th…

It started off so chic with Champagne Pommery and paspaley pearls. Yes, a table of paspaley delights to try on as you sip Champagne Pommery. How lavash! How french!

Girls just want to have fun with paspaley.

After the lovely Sarah Maree and I played dress-ups we were asked to follow a lovely man leading people downstairs… where we found an Orchestra playing! It was so amazing and beautiful. And random as! Next minute we had to walk between it to a secret passage! I kid you not!

We walked through the back end of the hotel to a secret room! Monsoon. Which apparently back in its day was a nightclub! We were greeted with platters of food laid out, Champagne Pommery flowing and a wine fountain.

It wouldn’t be a birthday without a cake. And let’s be honest Grand Hyatt Melbourne are all about making an impact this far. So when they wheeled out a 6 tier cake covered in pearls and diamontes it was sure to make a seen. WOW just WOW Grand Hyatt Melbourne !!!

But that wasn’t game over for the party. We all continued to follow the line and head up to the penthouse suites for more food and delights and views. But with an extra surprise… The roof top. The view was to die for and such a delight as it’s not a space you are allowed to have access to every day.

With killer views and a private bar, what a way to end your dirty thirtieth Grand Hyatt Melbourne. It was truly an amazing night and one I won’t forget. I love all the amazing experiences you have given me this year. I feel truly blessed to be apart of your birthday. Thank you for having me.
